About the job

  • Define and implement strategy for archiving historical artefacts and products
  • Acquire and integrate new material and collections
  • Manage storage of artefacts and product collections as well as align with colleague responsible for packaging, repairing, cleaning
  • Handle internal and external queries to artefacts and products
  • Manage loans and usage of artefacts and product collections (in terms of availability, shipment, loan contract and crediting)
  • Support and handle projects of external clients, e.g. Magazine photoshoots, museum requests, etc.  
  • Carry out of inventories

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree, preferably in archive management, history or history of arts
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent German and English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and strategic mindset
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
